MVPrepTM DNAoutPlus total RNA Kit is designed for the fast and efficient
extraction of DNA omitted total RNA from a various sample types such as viral, blood, bacteria,
culture cell. MVPrepTM DNAoutPlus total RNA Kit’s buffer system provides
the effective binding condition of RNA to the glass-fiber membrane using silica membrane spin column.
Through the use of MVPrepTM DNAoutPlus total RNA Kit, high-quality of total RNA
can be obtained with minimized contamination within 30 minutes and it is suitable for PCR,
RT-PCR or any downstream application without further manipulation. Since extracted high-quality
total RNA vulnerable to contamination, it should be treated with care.

각 buffer에 대해 추가 구매는 가능하지만 권장하지 않습니다. 제품 유효기간 관리도 어려워 성능이 떨어진 제품을 사용할 수도 있고, 중간에 제품 리뉴얼이 되면 구성이 변경될 수도 있습니다. Midi와Maxi 제품의 경우, buffer 추가적으로 판매하고 있지 않습니다(Column은 별도 구매 가능하지만 Midi와 Maxi 제품의 Syringe Filter는 별도 구매 불가능합니다.)

각 buffer에 대해 추가 구매는 가능하지만 권장하지 않습니다. 제품 유효기간 관리도 어려워 성능이 떨어진 제품을 사용할 수도 있고, 중간에 제품 리뉴얼이 되면 구성이 변경될 수도 있습니다. Midi와Maxi 제품의 경우, buffer 추가적으로 판매하고 있지 않습니다(Column은 별도 구매 가능하지만 Midi와 Maxi 제품의 Syringe Filter는 별도 구매 불가능합니다.)

Resuspension Buffer (예: PA1, PNA1, PM1)로 powder를 녹인 후, Resuspension buffer에 첨가하여 사용하면 됩니다. Buffer에 RNase A를 첨가한 후에는 4°C에서 보관해야 하며, 6개월 이내에 사용을 권장 드립니다. 자세한 사항은 제품 매뉴얼을 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

   (1)상품배송 완료 후, 14일 이내에 상품에 하자가 없는 경우
