By accessing MarLiJu, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use MarLiJu if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person visit this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Acceptance
MarLiJu may accept or reject your purchase order for Product in whole or in part. If a purchase order is accepted, MarLiJu will use reasonable efforts to ship products or perform services subject to the purchase order within a reasonable time after ordered or if a shipment date is indicated in MarLiJu’s quotation or otherwise agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative of MarLiJu, on or before such date. Unless specified differently in writing, all sales are F.O.B. shipping point. Unless indicated otherwise in MarLiJu’s quotation, title and risk of loss with respect to all Products except Products that are services shall pass from MarLiJu to you upon transfer of possession of the Product to a common or other third party at MarLiJu’s facility.
Prices
Prices, fees and charges for Products and services (including maintenance, installation, and training) (“Service” or “Services”) are shall be the price stated in MarLiJu’s quotation to you for the product or, if MarLiJu has not issued a quotation, MarLiJu’s list price of the product at the time MarLiJu receives your purchase order. The price of the product is subject to change from time to time without notice.
Returns
Goods may not be returned for credit except with MarLiJu’s permission, and then only in strict compliance with MarLiJu’s return shipment instructions. Returned Goods (other than defective products) must be returned freight prepaid by the Customer and will not be accepted without prior authorization of MarLiJu. The Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Certain items may not be returned for credit. These items include: diagnostic reagents, refrigerated or frozen products; reagents and standards which have passed their expiration dates; custom products or special orders; products missing labels, parts, or instruction manuals; and books and equipment removed from their original packaging. Any returned items may be subject to a 20% processing (restocking) fee.
Bulk Order/OEM

Content Liability
We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
Taxes and Other Fees
Any use tax, sales tax, excise tax, duty, inspection or testing fee, or any other tax, fee or charge imposed by any governmental authority, on or measured by the transaction between the parties shall be paid by you in addition to the prices quoted or invoiced. If MarLiJu is required to pay any such tax, fee or charge, you shall reimburse MarLiJu or provide to MarLiJu at the time the order is submitted an exemption certificate or other document acceptable to the authority imposing the tax, fee or charge.
Product use limitation & warranty
We warrant to you, our direct customer, that our products will substantially adhere to the description of such goods as provided in our catalogues and literature accompanying the goods until their respective expiration dates or, if no expiration date is provided, for a period of 1 year from the date of your receipt of such goods. WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE CONNECTION WITH THIS WARRANTY. Our warranty shall not be effective if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have altered or misused the goods or have failed to use or store them in accordance with instructions furnished by us. Our sole and exclusive liability and your exclusive remedy with respect to goods proved to our satisfaction (applying analytical methods reasonably selected by us) to be defective or nonconforming shall be the replacement of such goods free of charge, upon the return of such goods in accordance with our instructions, although at our discretion we may provide a credit or refund. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LEGAL THEORY (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND) FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS), EVEN IF WE HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. If we manufacture custom products for you based on instructions, specifications, or other directions you provide to us, we shall not be liable for the lack of sufficiency, fitness for purpose or quality of the goods to the extent attributable to such instructions, specifications, or other directions. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or penalty as a result of any delay in or failure to manufacture, deliver or otherwise perform hereunder due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
